The staff is competent but not available.

Grab and go "breakfast" is misleading. Mini breakfast bars, coffee, tea, and dried oatmeal are offered, but only to those who get there first.

Reqursted two queen beds was told there didn't any

Then had no cart to take my things to take my things to my room. No hangers the whole trip. And no housekeeper the week had to get are towels , front dest was no help. Breakfast was called grab and go. I'll never stay there again .

Reservation Mixup

Stay in Westmont

Pros: Room and bathroom was very clean.
Cons: Better breakfast offerings. Internet service was non existent
Your internet service was horrible. We could not connect and we were on the phone with your IT department for over an hour without resolution. The front desk could only show us how you should be able to connect to the internet so that was a waste of time as well. What was worse was that they didn't "own" the problem but instead, blamed it on "corporate". I was even offered a wifi upgrade and was told someone in the IT department would call our room and this never happened either. Very very disappointed. Would not go back nor recommend your hotel.

good location, ideal

Location: ideal
I did not want first floor, near noise, i constantly heard a door closing., the cable channels are not diverse, very few, it is programmed with the same programs over and over, did not enjoy. No staff at desk when I arrived, I saw several staff people during stay,no greet, when I left, on the telephone, no good-bye. This hotel had a good rate, location, that is it.

Couldn't check in until midnight because of an flood in the rooms from a busted pipe.

The room was nice and cozy front desk should pay more attention to the trash behind the desk on floor. That's the first thing I notice during check in....but all in all it was a good comfy experience

Nice Hotel For Business Travel.

Pros: Convenient to my work location. Very nice area.
Cons: Maybe add in a small office desk. I had to use the kitchen bar to work from my laptop.
Location: Excellent area where the hotel is located. As a Georgia native, it appears to be the "Buckhead" of Chicago.
Great time. My flight arrived early, so I went on to the hotel earlier than planned as well. Check in was not until 3pm, however the hotel staff was able to get me in by 11:45am without an issue. Not one problem at all with check in and check out. I was in and out in less than a minute each time. I had a great time and stay, and will be using them again. Some of the other nearby locations were charging double or triple the rate I was able to get at ESA, and that was with my business discount rate. Very happy I went with ESA.
