Decent hotel for the price.

Hotels location is excelent. Its located close to everything schaumburg offers. Took 5 minutes to get to medieval times. It did however take over an hour to get checked in. The hotel blamed expedia, expedia blamed the hotel. There was no responsibility taken by anyone for the late check in. The beds are increadibly firm. If your used to sleeping on firm beds like my husband you'll be fine. I however am NOT. The bed was horribly uncomfortable for me and I am now suffering from back pain which ive never had in all my life. Like I should go to the doctor horrible back pain. My husband is fine though. There is a small kitchennette in the room. It is not stocked. You have to ask for items at the front desk and then haul it up yourself. Our room was not fit to supply our coffe pot we were given. We plugged it in every outlet. It blew the fuse. Every. time. So we go down to get coffee well within the short breakfast time frame of 6am-9:30am thinking there would be coffee down there. There wasnt any left. We had to drive to dunkin donuts for coffee. If your looking for a cheep hotel with a kitchenette and hard beds, and you dont mind hour long check ins and having to drive around to get coffee this might be the hotel for you. I'll probably stay somewhere else next time...because my back is seriously killing me.

Issues with the hotel

Waited 15 minutes at the front desk to check in before the employee came off the elevator. Never apologied for our wIt. No note on desk saying they would return. The lights and clock were not pluged in and when I move the night table to.plug them in i found 2 empty bottles of soda on the floor. The refrigerator was not cleaned. There was dried spilled stuff in the refrigerator. We went down for breakfast at 830 and the basket with muffins and bars was empty. No employees in sight.

The room is full of Indian food smells. Opening window doesn't help.

Comfortable and clean

It is good clean hotel with comfortable rooms.. The only thing lacking was the continental breakfast. Very limited selection and for what was called a continental breakfast.
