Clean and Friendly

The staff was very friendly and helpful with finding services in the area such as cabs/Uber. Room was clean and nice looking. Good value for the price.

A bit too much noise on AC

Pros: Location was good; close to Naperville
Cons: Make AC quieter. Made it feel like a motel 6 even though décor and furniture was much nicer.
Location: Close to Naperville downtown, with a delightful Anderson's bookstore, Giordano's pizza, and Q barbecue. Train into Chicago is handy with free parking
All basic things okay, but the AC was in blower mode and too loud to make it easy to go to sleep or keep the TV at a lower level. All else was fine, and staff was friendly.

The only disadvantage was two of the ice machines were out of order. So locating ice was a problem.

Hotel experience was great. I wish expedia was half as interested when people have a problem with expedia.

Very Clean, Great Location. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely be going back. Usually I stay at the Hampton but this hotel was cleaner and cheaper.
