A great hotel with wonderful staff

Posted Apr 13, 2016
We had a wonderful sister weekend in Chicago and the service we received from the Fairfield staff was so polite and friendly. I was able to check into my room early which was awesome after a very early flight. Our room attended made sure we had everything we needed and did an excellent job with her cleaning services. Great experience throughout, we will definitely make the Fairfield our choice of stay when in Chicago!

Let's Go Explotr

Posted Apr 11, 2016
The hotel was convenient in location for our trip. Noticed a lot of business professionals were fellow guests if that sets the tone. It was quiet and clean. We were only a five minute walk from the House of Blues. We weren't in the hotel long enough to explore it however the continental breakfast had good options.

nice single rooms but difficult for two people

Posted Apr 7, 2016
Pros: good location. good service. well equipped room except for the cramped quarters and lack of even minimal closet space.
Cons: I think the room description should point out that closet space is limited.
We like to stay at Fairfield Inns when we travel, so we expected a certain type of room. While these two rooms had the modern electronic features we have come to expect, they lacked one important feature that made our visit difficult: NO CLOSET SPACE. When we entered our room, I thought the one-foot long coat hanger next to the door was nice. Unfortunately while it held three winter coats adequately, there was no other place to hang clothing in the room. No Closet space in either of our two room. these rooms are very nice for one-person or for two people maybe in the summer. But during cold weather they really are not suitable for two persons.

nice hotel, close to the Mile

Posted Mar 30, 2016
Loved how close it was for walking places, plenty of food choices out the front door. Would recomend making sure you do breakfast sometime before 8:30 am or you stand in line. Had trouble figuring out the room thermostat the first couple of days, after that it was fine. The staff very polite and helpful, Josh at the front desk is very helpful.

Chicago trip

Posted Mar 16, 2016
Pros: Great hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Front desk people were amazing, very helpful.
My son and I went to Chicago for his spring break. He had never been there but was very excited about getting a particular burger in Chicago. So we flew in and stayed at the Fairfield Inn on magnificent mile. It was great. My son was blown away by the city and all of the different things to do. The great part was our hotel was very close to many of them too.

Downtown Chicago

Posted Mar 15, 2016
Pros: Close to about everything.
Cons: Bed comfort. Too firm.
Location: Close to just about anything within walking distance
This hotel was a good place to stay while in downtown Chicago. Many things within walking distance. It was a good place and I would stay again.

A nice choice for staying in Chicago downtown

Posted Mar 1, 2016
The hotel is at a perfect location with almost every attractions in the downtown within walkable distance of 10-20 minutes. They permitted us to checkin so early around 8AM, and the complementary breakfast was awesome. The room was clean and well maintained, it was exactly same as in the picture displayed in their web site. The hotel has a couple of systems and printers accessible to guests to help you print the boarding pass. In short, we really enjoyed the stay over there, and would really love to recommend to our friends.
