Great stay! The facility was super and the staff was great!
I enjoyed my stay here and it's a lovely property, however I was traveling on business and it was very difficult to work because the Wifi continually cut out.
Good location. Comfortable rooms. Enjoyed social hour
Convenience to family, friends, events and restauranta
Beautiful lobby, nicely kept rooms, courteous staff
The front desk receptionist was very polite and gave us late check out! Great stay, wouldn’t definitely come back!
Ok but only 2 coffes on the room we need more on 2
Nice hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.
Large room. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. I will definitely stay here if I come back again.
Great staff and good breakfast. Really nice and clean.
GREAT HOTEL NEAR EVERYTHING IN CHICAGO, FOOD,SHOPPING AND BARS....
I enjoyed the separate entrances! So accessible and very clean!
My room was huge. It’s more like an extended stay hotel than transient. Wish I was staying more than one night to fully appreciate. Great views. Quiet high above Michigan Ave. and great night’s sleep. All at $100 less a night than nearby hotels.
Great breakfast and wait staff great dinner.........
Stayed here for my son's PIR from Great Lakes. The staff could not have been more friendly! Location was perfect, breakfast was great, room was terrific, even the cleaning staff was outstanding. Very happy!
We enjoyed our stay. We loved being with in walking distance of the EL. Our son enjoyed the view of the Fire Department's activities right from our room window. (I only heard sirens briefly one of the three nights of our stay.) The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful! We would highly recommend ...
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lynnette was a welcoming face every morning.
Wonderful hotel but be aware not to get a room that is above the local fire Dept station. Sirens through the night making connected sleep impossible. Opt for south facing rooms.
