It was a wonderful hotel for the price we pay. Very good location, not to busy. Great.
It was an old hotel with a lot of character. Clean and updated!
Nice location, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice bar with late hours, pool only 3-5ft and perfect for small children
Close to the airport. Good on site restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff were pleasant and helpful - even under the stress of flight cancellations and city shut down due to extreme cold!
Cookies were delicious. The price was great and the staff were very friendly!
This hotel is our new go to place to stay, if it’s available
Excellent for business travelers or those needing a convenient stop within the Loop. Service here was fantastic!
Staff was very friendly. Lady doing breakfast was wonderful. Clean facility
Ideal location, very helpful, accommodating staff, and complimentary shuttle made it a pleasure to stay here.
The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen and washer and dryer. The hotel is conveniently located to Millenium Park and Magnificent Mile.
The location is very convenient and close to a lot stores and restaurants that my daughter and her friend want to go to. The room is clean and has the basic kitchen appliances should you need to use one.
Nice welcoming and clean. Breakfast was good, overall pretty good!
This hotel is in the perfect spot! Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and bsrs near by. No more than a 10-15 min walk to cool place's. Uber ride to airport was 33$. Staff was super friendly. Will stay here again for sure!
Location, location, location. Rooms are clean, nice, and roomy. Beds super comfortable. Free buffet breakfast a plus. Only problem, no room service internal, although lots of delivery close.
My family and I enjoyed our stay but the indoor pool was a disappointment for the kids.
