Great staff I had an concern with another guest whom said me and my guest were being loud but she also had a dog that was barking abruptly anytime you would walk in tha hall or it heard someone or something but I had no problem and we were laughing and playing uno cooking also but we handled it like mature adults but was still disturbed by the act but I loved the room and staff will definitely be back sometime soon

Room was nice. Did take a long time to get hot water through the shower the first night (at least 4 minutes of running it before I could get in because it was too cold). Was really quiet the first night but the second night there were a lot door slams happening all throughout the night.

The microwave in the room did not work. When the room was cleaned during my stay (I asked one time), the bedsheets were not changed, the trash was not taken from the bathroom and the toilet paper supply was not replenished.

Combo room with kitchen, full fridge. I liked the room with the sitting area and great king bed. Bathroom area ok, but a bit crunched with closet in the bathroom. I was hoping for a larger room with all that was contained, but it was comfortable for the one day we stayed.

The room was quiet. I was a little disturbed by he animals allowed. I have allergies and didn’t realize it was pet friendly. I also was not feeling well, so put off by this. Pool was a little chilly. Bed was hard. Everything else was clean. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel interior is way out dated. Bathroom floor is rotten and sinking and water is deteriorating along with joint and strange bug found on the bathroom floor gap. Water draining from upper floor is very noisy due to wear of interior structure.
I never been such terrible condition interiors past 10years with Hotels.com reservation.
Strongly recommend not listing this hotel or send some assessor to evaluate.

The associates were extremely friendly and helpful i. All ways. They deserve a bonus for their hospitality!
The room was wonderful and provided a ‘home away from home’ vibe.
Breakfast was always a treat. There were plenty of common spaces to sit for dining or relaxing/working.
We even had the luxury of watching pre-wedding bridal party preparations and photos. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

The room was missing furniture. I asked to change rooms, they declined. It took me three days and five visits to the front desk before someone helped me. Thanks to Carlton who finally located a table for me so I didn't have to eat off a garbage can.
