Nice hotel close to Midway airport.

Typically nice Hampton. Only "issue" is the relatively small dining area for breakfast.

They had a problem with the boiler and there was no hot water Also the shower drain was clogged and you had a shower in the standing water

Nice convenient hotel to Midway airport.

Pros: All the above.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Went to IMTS Show.
Terrific from start to finish-shuttle drivers, desk clerk, maid (Susy) was exceptional, great complimentary breakfast and internet service. Nice room and accommodations. Just be prepared to hear planes flying overhead though it didn't bother me.

Nice Hotel close to airport and trains.

Great experience from the moment we checked in until checkout. Clean, clean, clean and comfortable! Great breakfast and shuttle transportation to train system.

Great Stay at Midway

Everything about my stay was great -- Clean, modern room; iimpressive, professional, and helpful front desk staff, and prompt shuttle service. If coming through Midway, I'll stay here again.

Nightmare at Hampton Inn Chicago Midway

terible customer sevice. Put me up in a tiny room because i use hotel.com Never stay their agin. I was schedule for three nights and they call me the second morning at breakfast and told me I did not pay for three nights. They were ready to throw me out. I storm back and show them proof. What a horrible hotel.

Great stay!

It was a great hotel. Very clean, etc. I was a little disappointed that they charged extra for parking. It wasn't downtown, they had a lot. It shouldn't cost guests anything to park there.

As an airport hotel we do charge for parking just like all the other hotels on property but we do have rates online that would include the parking cost in your rate.
