Our room was very clean and didn't have a heavy smell of disinfectant as did other places where we stayed recently. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had an 8 lb ham that I was bringing to my family's Christmas Party and I needed a place to store it overnight. I was allowed to keep it in the restaurant's refrigerator and it stayed perfectly cold. The hotel was close to I 294 and 83 so traveling around the area was quick and easy. Also a shout out to a great breakfast place, the Egg Harbor Cafe just down the street from our room. All in all a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is so convenient for us as we live in the western suburbs. It’s clean and well kept. Front desk workers were so cool and it was a great experience for my wife and I.

Overall, a very nice hotel, and certainly an excellent value for the price. Like most hotels, things do not necessarily remain in perfect condition as it is hard for maintenance to keep up with even incidental wear.

My only disappointment was that the bar was not open on Saturday night for some reason. I was staying for an event at another location so hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to fro 294 (which is under major construction) so it worked for me

The hotel could have been cleaner. When I requested housecleaning they did not come until I requested for a second time. They still didn’t clean only made the bed and added towels. The pressure in the shower was not good and it takes a long time for the water to get hot.
On the positive side, the bed was amazing and the room was large and comfortable.
