We were watching a musical right next door at the Private Bank Theater so being right next door was super convenient. The hotel was in great condition and close to the attractions we wanted to see. It was also close to State street which has many different shops. I would definetly stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Stuff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. And the most important thing is that this hotel is close to almost every attractions. Very recommended.

Great location and friendly staff

We only stayed here two nights but we felt comfortable and at home. All of the staff members were friendly, offering dinner suggestions or other help around the city. Oscar at the front desk was our favorite! The location is the best part about this hotel. It is next door to the PrivateBank Theater, less than a block from the subway/rail lines and within a few blocks of Millenium Park, restaurants, stores and more. The only downside we experienced was a wait sometimes for the elevator. We will choose this place for our next trip to Chicago!

Nice hotel convienent to Broadway & Site

The room and checking was great and easy. Courteous staff and very convenient since we were seeing Hamilton right next door. Parking was a little on the pricey side at 59.00 for each 24 hours. Over 24 but less than 4hours was an additional 29.00. However, picking up car from Valet at the same time Hamilton let out was crazy so they didn't charge the extra money. The room was excellent but the walls seem very thin as we could hear everything in the hallway if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was A+ and was open late until 10am which we loved so we could sleep in a little and the selection was great.

Incredible staff!!

Pros: Everything (comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, etc.) except the breakfast.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Shopping (State street!), Daley plaza, theatre, movies, Millennium Park
My stay at the Hampton was pleasant. It is extremely well situated. The valet is friendly and efficient as well as the front desk. the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is good even if a bit small and dated. Overall I would say that it was well worth the price I paid. The only negative was the breakfast. It is free 9 included in the price) and it should be as it is one of the most mediocre hotel breakfasts i have ever experienced. But it was the only negative thing I have to say about the place. Maybe it is because I forgot my computer at the hotel and the staff was wonderful about finding it in my room, while the manager "Marcus" went out of his way to take it over to the fed ex office himself and see that it was properly packaged and shipped off to me at the most reasonable price. I was beyond thankful for this extra step of customer service. This alone will keep me coming back! I can deal with a mediocre breakfast when it is balanced with such amazing customer service!!
