Nice hotel but no amenities

Shopping and restaurants nearby. But there was no place in the hotel to get a bite to eat or a drink. Room service was offered by a nearby restaurant but the food was mediocre. Would not recommend if you want to eat or drink at night. But the staff was great, rooms clean, beds comfortable.

A must for Hamilton or Chicago stay!

Pros: proximity to Millenium Park and Hamilton
Cons: Absolutely no complaints- everything was wonderful
Location: We walked around many stores, close to Garretts popcorn, Hamilton, Millennium Park and access to subway
We chose this hotel because of Hamilton on site. However, the hotel is also very close to Millennium Park and easy access to Subway. It is a nice area. The rooms are large and comfortable. Elevators are small, but big deal. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Good selection of waffles, eggs, fruits, breads, coffee and juice. Everyone was very, very nice and I would definitely stay in this hotel anytime we stay in Chicago.

Great Stay!

We were watching a musical right next door at the Private Bank Theater so being right next door was super convenient. The hotel was in great condition and close to the attractions we wanted to see. It was also close to State street which has many different shops. I would definetly stay here again.

Nice hotel walkable to almost any attraction.

Very nice hotel. Stuff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. And the most important thing is that this hotel is close to almost every attractions. Very recommended.

Great location and friendly staff

We only stayed here two nights but we felt comfortable and at home. All of the staff members were friendly, offering dinner suggestions or other help around the city. Oscar at the front desk was our favorite! The location is the best part about this hotel. It is next door to the PrivateBank Theater, less than a block from the subway/rail lines and within a few blocks of Millenium Park, restaurants, stores and more. The only downside we experienced was a wait sometimes for the elevator. We will choose this place for our next trip to Chicago!
