Located with a metro stop (Monroe) right around the corner, it was so easy to get around town and to and frim the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they held our bags so we could start our day in the city. Room had crisp clean linens and an updated bathroom. We were in too big a rush for breakfast, but it was nice that it was included. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice. Needs some upgrade. The worse was the valet parking. I waited 30 min for valet. The structure where they park the cars is about 3 blocks away so it took forever. Otherwise it was ok

The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. The public transportation is just around the corner. There’s plenty of food options. The staff were all nice. Special shout out to TERRI (I hope I got her name right) at the reception who checked us in.

The staff were so friendly! Breakfast was great! Beds weren’t the best, but overall it was a pleasant experience and I would return.

The staff were so accommodating! Valet took extra good care of us. Hotel rooms had tall ceilings & were so beautiful and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location was great! Within walking distance of everything - restaurants, theatre, shopping, millennium center. We will choose this hotel over and over again for our future visits!

Very nice location
Very nice location, close to everything. Hotel was clean, staff always helpful. The breakfast area is quite small and was crowded.

We only stayed for a night but it was amazing! Very quiet, very safe and walkable to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was a little earlier than I’m used to at most hotels but it was very good.
