I have stayed at this property two times now, and each time I had a good experience. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were in very good condition. I would definitely come back to this location.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hampton Inn. The rooms were clean and updated. It was conveniently located to all of our shopping and dining needs. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. Any time we stay here we are never disappointed!

The property is clean and well kept. The pool is great for families with littles as it has a 1 and a half foot depth splash area with a children's slide that entertained my 2 and 6 year olds for hours. The larger pool offers a volleyball net which my 11 year old liked. There is also a hot tub; the jets worked well and felt great. The pool attendant let us borrow balls. Beds were fair. Showerhead had adjustable attachment which I like as our family has all different preferences. The free buffet breakfast was great. Eggs sausage and potatoes as well as muffins toast fruit yogurt and varipus beverages. We are a family of five and were comfortable in the double queen with what I thought would be a rollaway but turned out to be an intex air mattress which my 6 year old was happy to sleep on. The room we stayed in offers 5 wristbands for the pool. Will definitely return!

Not overly accommodating. Would not allow late checkout despite staying for a few nights and really would have been helpful if they would have allowed a late checkout due to our itinerary. Some Staff was certainly not always courteous, unfortunately, and seemed annoyed and unpleasant toward guests who were simply having breakfast.

The property was very nice , the pool and hot tub were very clean. The bed comfort was ok. The staff was beyond rude!!!! Each one was ruder the next. Not sure why they hate the job but it’s clear it’s a very toxic and unhappy environment!

Please don't allow large dogs!
I always stay at this hotel when travaling for work, and they are awesome! Unfortunately during this stay, I was startled by the sound of two large dogs barking in the early hours of the morning waking me up. Apparently they now allow large dogs which is very unfortunate for the rest of the customers who are attempting to sleep. As usual, the staff was more than helpful, moving me to another room three floors away. Thank you for the excellent service but I would really appreciate not having pets allowed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful--and we were able to check in early, which was good as we had to get ready for a family function. However, the hotel overall needs a major overhaul. Throughout the base boards looked to be crumbling at the floor, paint was drab, and the hotel just didn't seem "fresh". In our bathroom, the tub surround was marred and, again, things looked to be crumbling at the base where the surround met the tub. Same was true with the tiling at the floor of the bathroom. The room itself needed some freshening up and the temperature wasn't consistent. Too hot then too cold. Overall it was clean, just seemed well-worn.

I rented my room at this property solely because of the kiddy pool. I arrive only to find that the pool is closed until 8/18/23. Nothing was mentioned about this. I would have gladly booked a cheaper hotel elsewhere had I know prior to arrival. Will not be booking at a Hampton again in the future.

Excellent property and the staff are top notch. Currently under going renovations so it will be even nicer here soon. Breakfast was good. Expedia pricing was cheaper than booking direct with the hotel even with Hilton Honors.
