Very good for pricePosted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: good breakfast buffet, good variety and piping hot, excellent service; clean hotel, good housekeeping, comfortable bed but bit too high for older folk
Cons: desk attendants afternoon/evening could be more attentive, room needs towel rod by the sink, bed height too high for older people to easily get in
Location: good location, near expressways and restaurants
overall enjoyable stay, room type we had reserved was not available (except by the very noisy elevator/ice machine area) when we arrived at 3:30 pm so we had to upgrade for a nominal fee, hotel is very nice, we have stayed here in the past, room could use some patch work, showing some wear around the edges but for the price is fine, clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice but both times we went there were no towels

Ok hotel with rude staffPosted Sep 14, 2015
We reserved our room through Expedia for an out of town wedding. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights. Checked in and found out the wedding party received a lower rate than what we were paying, but they would not reduce our price. We went to our room and discovered they assigned us a smoking room, even though our reservation confirmation said nothing about smoking! We asked to change rooms and they only had a nonsmoking room available the first night. We stayed one night because they wanted to charge us a cancellation fee, but we canceled our 2nd night and went to a different hotel with friendlier staff and a lower price! Not worth the money or hassle.

Nice in every wayPosted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Nice room, good breakfast, good service
Location: Close to restaurants and shopping but you will need a vehicle.
I have stayed at Hampton Inn in many cities and I have always been satisfied. This was no different. It was good in everyway. Nice room, good breakfast, good service.

Attention to detail evades this hotelPosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: The pool was nice.
Cons: Maybe actually do some upkeep, rusted sink drain, and drippy water. There is an ability to really wow people that gets lost when a hotel doesn't care
Location: Medieval times
Our stay started by the reservations being switched from a smoking room to a non smoking room. Then the room we were in was still being cleaned by housekeeping and we had to wait around another 20 minutes before we could get in. The window was broken, the bottom seal hanging straight off of it, I don't usually complain on site because I just want to enjoy my weekend, but in retrospect I should have spoke up. The breakfast lacked enough seating for the amount of people that were always there, and it seemed like the staff was also eating it.

Comfortable hotelPosted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: The walking path
Cons: While I would say the breakfast seating, to do so would require an overhaul of the space that isn't worth the cost or effort.
Location: Lots of opportunity to shop, many restaurants, but don't be without a car
A clean, comfortable room with adequate amenities. Hotel is located near an area with numerous restaurants but directly within a spacious office park. An attractive walking path is immediately adjacent. Breakfast is good but, during our stay which coincided with a full house at the hotel, seating was a significant problem once you obtained your meal. It's a good place to stay for those with activities or business to conduct in the region surrounding the hotel.P

Disappointing RoomPosted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: The swimming pool was nice; the breakfast food quality was good.
Cons: Sound proof the rooms!!! Make doors that shut slower and quieter.
We stayed for a short two day family getaway. The hotel was disappointing. The rooms were extremely small. This may have been the smallest room that I have ever stayed in. It was extremely noisy both in and out of the room. In the room, the refrigerator and AC unit were loud. We had a room very near the ice machine; very noisy all night long. The doors to the rooms do not shut quietly; people were in and out if their rooms well into the early morning. Don't plan on getting much sleep. The breakfast area is very crowded, especially when the hotel is at capacity.

Front Desk StaffPosted Jul 17, 2015
The front desk staff needs a bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE training. Enough said.

Decent hotel for a mini getaway with the familyPosted Jul 13, 2015
I've had better breakfast as part of my hotel stays. The dining area was very small, which made breakfast a bit uncomfortable with the large number of guests the hotel had during my stay. I was also surprised by the bill for a surcharge for replenishing the bathroom towels. I get it..... Eco-friendly and the charge was minimal....so no big deal I guess. Room was a good size and I appreciated that the hotel supplied a Pack n Play for the baby. Nice pool area as well.
