朝食にご飯があるホテル

Pros: このホテルはシカゴの郊外にあるホテルです。 朝食にはお米のご飯と味噌汁が準備されていて日本人に優しい朝食です。 理由はわかりませんが昨年泊まった時もありました。 またホテルの隣には、いつも繁盛している中華風レストランとステーキハウスがあり夕食にも便利です。
Cons: フィットネスセンターはありますがトレッドミルと別のマシン一台しかなく、朝は順番待ちがおきることがありました。 もう少し広くてマシンが多ければいいと思います。

Worst stay ever!

Pros: It was clean and had good breakfast.
Cons: Housekeeping schedules, maintenance and improving the ventilation system to prevent smoke from rising to the floors above.
Location: Mini golf and shops.
When myself, my husband, and our four children checked in at 2:15am our room smelled like someone had just finished a cigarette in there. When I asked for another room, the man at the front desk said they were full and handed me a bottle of febreeze. It worked well enough to sleep, but then we noticed that the lock had been taken out of the bathroom door, a drawer would not stay closed in the dresser and the TV in the living room didn't work. When I told the front desk the next morning before we left for the afternoon, he apologized, said they would comp the room and have everything fixed by the time we returned and that the smoke had come up from the first floor room directly below us. I was satisfied, but when we returned at 3:30pm, nothing had been fixed and the room had not even been cleaned. At 3:50pm, as we were getting ready to go to a wedding, housekeeping came and I asked them to come back in an hour. She said she couldn't because she gets off in half an hour! Then a few minutes later her supervisor knocks on the door and in a rude manner asks when we will be leaving, to which I answered 4:30pm. When we finally left at 4:45 they were standing right outside the door waiting for us to leave. We had been gone for four hours, so I'm not sure why they hadn't cleaned it earlier. We were checking out the next day, which check out is at 11, and housekeeping showed up at 9:30am, waking us after our late night! In my opinion, they need new housekeeping management.

Pros: SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING STAFF, COMFORTABLE LOUNGE AREA, DELICIOUS PINEAPPLE WATER ON HAND IN LOBBY, GOOD NATURAL LIGHT, LOVELY LANDSCAPING
Cons: FULL LENGTH MIRROR A MUST. MAGNIFYING MIRROR ABOVE SINK SHOULD BE ADDED...ONE THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE LARGE MIRROR
Location: SHOPPING ABUNDANT, GOOD RESTAURANTS SHORT DRIVE OR WALKING DISTANCE, EASY ACCESS TO O'HARE AIRPORT AND NORTH SHORE
WE WERE IN THE AREA FOR A PARTY....HAMPTON INNS ALWAYS A GOOD VALUE. CHECK IN WAS FLAWLESS WITH COMPLIMENTARY COLD WATER. GIVEN AN UPGRADE WITH HILTON HONORS TO SUITE. EVERYTHING IN ROOM WAS IN WORKING ORDER AND CLEAN.

Great place to stay very family friendly the staff was excellent and the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We just thought it was closer to Chicago, but the traffic was not bad.

Vacation with grandsons

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. We used the pool several times. It was always clean. My grandsons loved it. I will be returning soon.

Excellent hotel close to lots of restaurants

Hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and fast - I went to the front desk to ask for an extra blanket, and it was delivered to my room before I got back to my room! Pool was nice, and breakfast was super. There's a bunch of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, yet it's in a fairly quiet neighborhood. My only wish was that the hotel had a hot tub.
