Convention hotel not luxury

The hotel has all amenities however, it is old and tired. The convenience store on site does not carry the basic amenities, like gum and mints for example and there are no stores within safe walking distance. There is no airport shuttle even though there were 3 Hilton vans parked out front not sure what they were there for. You truly need a car for this facility. THe air quality was also poor, very dry and stuffy. The style with all rooms being at right angles or hexagons is perhaps good for sound but a maze to find your room, the hallways are all crocked and narrow and a little claustrophobic. THe food was good and the restaurant staff tried really hard to serve you well.

As a future reference, the hotel shuttles you saw is a complimentary service to our guests to transport them anywhere within a 3 mile radius.
