Don't Stay Here

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
My room smelled like a locker room and was the size of a shoebox. The breakfast buffet had the worst food. The eggs weren't even eggs. They were eggs substitute. One of the dingiest hotels I have stayed at. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Nice place to stay.

Clean & comfortable room. Getting around the hotel is a maze, though. Like walking through Ikea.

The resort was very nice

Overall, this was a fine resort. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. The only complaint I hsve is that the options for food are somewhat limited, and some of the restaurants close very early. I would recommend this hotel.

Convention hotel not luxury

The hotel has all amenities however, it is old and tired. The convenience store on site does not carry the basic amenities, like gum and mints for example and there are no stores within safe walking distance. There is no airport shuttle even though there were 3 Hilton vans parked out front not sure what they were there for. You truly need a car for this facility. THe air quality was also poor, very dry and stuffy. The style with all rooms being at right angles or hexagons is perhaps good for sound but a maze to find your room, the hallways are all crocked and narrow and a little claustrophobic. THe food was good and the restaurant staff tried really hard to serve you well.

As a future reference, the hotel shuttles you saw is a complimentary service to our guests to transport them anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Happy Guest!

This resort style hotel is beautifully constructed and the architecture is absolutely breathtaking both inside and out. A lot of great amenities, room service and food at restaurants was delicious and plentiful. Nice long walk to the conference rooms which are adjacent to the hotel or you could take a nice stroll outside to them but either way, it was good and designed for exercise (smile). They did, however: have a multi-person golf cart service available if needed. Parking was free. Registration was slow and backed up due to being short handed and housekeeping kept forgetting that face towels are a part of the towel service ensemble. I was there three days and had to request face towels everyday; even after leaving them tips. But overall, it was a lovely and enjoyable stay. I had a beautiful and spacious golf view room at an incredible group rate. I booked another night on Hotels.com and got an even better rate and stayed in the same room. I was able to use my digital key which opens up my room door from my iPhone. This was cool because my phone is always in my hand lol. The hotel sits within an old Italian town but the locals were extremely nice and friendly. First time having Chicago deep dish pizza at a famous restaurant I saw on a food network channel and it was delicious. There are great food choices within a 2-3 mile radius. I would definitely visit there again!
