Beware the "free" Airport Shuttle

Pros: Proximity to airport, had a restaurant with good room service, spacious room, good bed, good value price through Expedia
Cons: MAKE THE SHUTTLE EVERY 1/2 HOUR, MINIMUM. WON'T STAY THERE AGAIN UNTIL THAT CHANGES. Would've missed my flight if I waited for shuttle. SO irritating!
Location: 24 hour Dennys, that's about it
Everything is relatively nice for a name brand hotel in the price range. Shuttle driver, desk agent, staff were nice, room was clean and a good value. Just be warned that the shuttle runs every HOUR, even in the morning. I had to use Uber.

Full service hotel in southeast Chicago area.

Pros: Everything was in good repair. The staff and guests were all very nice.
Cons: The little coffee shop was tucked away behind a corner down a hall. It didn't get much traffic and didn't stay open until noon.
Location: Downtown Chicago: architectural boat tour, Chicago Art Institute, Millennial Park, great restaurants!
Comfortable, clean room in excellent condition. Clean workout area, overlooking the pool, with a view outside. All the machines worked! The restaurant was quite good. Excellent food for a hotel. A lot of family reunions & weddings were going on, and all the guests were in good moods, but after 10:30 pm, we heard absolutely no noise in our room. The area is suburban, with the usual strip malls, but downtown Chicago is an easy drive. I think mass transit is available as well.

Business dinner/weekend trip

Pros: size of room, amenities, wi-fi
Cons: We had a group of us go to the bar area after our dinner at a different location. Service there had a really hard time keeping up with our groupof8.
Drove 3hrs to Chicago for a Saturday dinner party for business. Great staff/quick check-in, check-out process.

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean. Only downside was room was very bright at night and the curtains wouldn't close. Also there wasn't a refrigerator in the room.

Night Mare !!!!

Imagine coming to your hotel with late check in 11:30 PM and the conseiarge says to you "oh so sorry we don't have room for you tonight" What ??? " sorry we are overbooked" i could not believe it so i told her i called few hours earlier and said that i will be checking in late tonight and there answer was " No problem you are all set" Well i end up staying at a different hotel that night . and thought i will be fully refunded .. checked after 30 days still no refund on my account so i called and i was suppose to be transferred to the billing since no one remember what happened that night , more over the representative said that this problem " overbooking " is common problem i will file a dispute with the credit card just please stay a way from this old filthy place that was build in the seventies and i believe the service still in the seventies.

The stay was good except my room was on the first floor with a horrible view of the roof. At the time of booking I specifically asked for an upper level with a view.

Nice hotel close to everything

Our hotel stay is superb. The cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff & the accessibility of the hotel made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely recommend the hotel to family & friends!!!
