Close to airport and a free shuttle

Pros: PRoximity to airport
Cons: Restaurant - food is good but hard to get
Location: We were there for overnight and fly in the am
Everything was great, except the restaurant - dinner was very slow, nice people but very slow for 4 dinners. Very clean hotel, rooms very comfortable.

Good price. Only problem was location. We needed a shuttle into downtown Chicago and the train station. Those are not available. Cabs cost at least $35.00 up to $43.00 into town.

Great staff. Always helpful

Pros: The Staff
Cons: everything was great
Location: The shuttle always took us back to the airport so we could catch the train to go down town
We had an accident and the staff even had a wheelchair they let us borrow and was always there to help with extra pillows to prompt up her leg while in the room

Weather was excellent. Hotel and staff were great! I travel a lot and this was by far one if the best experiences!

Beds were rock hard. Pillows were awful. Walls paper thin. Heard neighboring room occupants all night and early morning. Website did not specify parking was charged. And hotel staff did not advise extra charge would be made until credit card cleared.
