As soon as we got to the hotel, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We had a slight issue with our bathroom (nothing major or terrible) and it was taken care if immediately.

Nice hotel for a short stay

The hotel is very clean and upgraded. The beds are not comfortable, but it was safe and very quiet. Breakfast was nothing more than complimentary quality, but is an additional cost. Not well stocked, and hot food was very cold. Large eating area and has a nice beverage station with infused waters. My stay was prepaid, but check in staff charged my credit card again. Check out staff only mentioned it when receipt was requested. She provided her information and card at that time along with assurances that it would be taken care of. Staff was always very polite.

Pros: near all kinds of restaurants, close to highway
Cons: all was good
Location: shopping near, lots of food choice
restaurant was good, room was very clean, well kept

When in Naperville...

Pros: Friendly staff! We chatted with the bartender and the cook! So friendly. The reception desk was also warm, not stand-offish. We appreciate that.
Cons: I never could get my wifi configured correctly, but it worked perfectly on my husband's cell phone. Go figure.
Location: Morton Arboretum, Knoch Knolls disc golf & NATURE CENTER, Binny's Beverage Depot (!)
We wanted to go disc golfing at Knoch's Knoll park, and wanted to go to Binny's Beverage Depot, and to the Morton Arboretum, and back to the Brick House Tavern... so we stayed here. Check in was a breeze, the room had actual electrical outlets for my laptop & chargers (unlike most hotels), and everything was clean and comfortable and nicely lighted. There was a coffee maker in the room, thank goodness. There was nothing to really pan about this hotel.

Stay clear unless you want your property stolen

Was a new years eve getaway. The hotel room stunk like cleaning chemicals, the toilet was disgusting and worse yet, someone in housekeeping likes to steal bathroom products. Complained to the hotel who did nothing, housekeeping said nothing like that was in the room when cleaned so manager forwarded to insurance company who says they will not honor the claim, so that leaves me screwed out of $300 dollars. Big thing out of all this, lock everything and i mean everything in the safe if there is one or take it with you whenever you leave the room. This hotel staff can not be trusted and they lie! would of given this hotel a 0 for stars if i could but 1 is the lowest. Will never stay at a Hilton again after this experience.

Hotel close to attraction

Stayed there after going to the Morton Arboreteum to see Illumination exhibit. Good value. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to, close to restaurants. Overall a very peasant experience. Would definetely stay here again.
