I love that there was a shuttle from the airport. When I arrived the staff was friendly, and the restaurant serves delicious food and has great service, something hard to come by these days. The only thing that was confusing was that when I checked in, I was told breakfast was included. But because there are two hotels on the same property, what the front desk misspoke on was that breakfast was only available to those staying at the other hotel. Other than that, my stay was fantastic and comfortable..

This property oversold rooms and then gave us a room with a king bed and a sofa bed instead of the two beds that I booked months ago. They then said - you get breakfast though (which wasn't even open on Sunday morning when we checked out) They tried to charge me $339 for a room that I booked at $209 and then wanted to put $18 a day for parking on top of that - after they already oversold the rooms!

Had a horrible time trying to get into my room. Every single night the key wouldnt work and we would have to go back down and wait in line to get it fixed. The 2nd night friends were sitting outside the room as I went down to get the keys fixed, waited 30 minutes until maintenence came down to find me. He helped take care of the door and checked it but nothing was wrong, got the keys fixed 2nd night and he said it because they checked us in wrong but should be fixed. Came bqck the 3rd night qnd lo and behold it didnt work again.
