Pros: airport shuttle was wonderful

We are glad that you appreciated our complimentary shuttle service to O'Hare. We are in fact the only hotel in the area offering round trip shuttle service, based on availability, to the airport. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the workout facility. We however just acquired new workout equipment for guest use.

Employees were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed the room with the extra sitting area.
