Nice hotel

Pros: online
Cons: size of bathroom and hallways are not attractive
Location: not there long enough
Staff greeting excellent! Bed and room comfortable. Room was very clean. Easy to use wifi.

don,t book through Expedia

The hotel location is fine , and right on a train stop, how ever our room was not what is pictured in Expedia , we were also told on arrival that we were only getting a double bed , we wanted a twin room, every request was met with the reply " thats the deal we do with Expedia " breakfast was not included , Just very poor value for money over-all .

A bit dated but clean and friendly

Location: A good shopping mall about 10 mins walk, a famous Chicago Breakfast and Lunch restaurant close-by.
Rooms were clean and a good size, gym was small but adequate. Staff sere all very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for my business trip.

Hotel does not have a microwave and a refrigerator, which is expected for 1 night's stay costing more than $300.00. Valet parking is too much ($50.00 ).

Pros: Location.
Extra guest fee was excessive, $10 for each family member besides myself. Especially so, since my family only joined me on the second night.

Hot Mess !!

I paid 400 plus dollars and received nothing , the room I stayed in was just like any other hotel outside of downtown, that you pay 200 dollars for and breakfast wasn't even included !!! Like I have never been to a hotel that they don't give out breakfast !! on top of that it wasnt in the heart of downtown so they are truly overreacted .. Not to mention the lady who checked us in she was extremely rude , just didn't have a good experience at all , if I had more time I would have left and found another hotel .... And they charged us an extra 50 Bucks Because We Had Four people In The Room And it Was A Four Person Max ... Its Crazy

Hotel staff are unable to deal with requests, despite being asked repeatedly. The valet parking is a complete and utter waste of money. The location is good, however.

Great location

This hotel is adorable and in a good location in downtown. However parking is crazy $50 a night. Also I am a member of the hotels reward program but didn't have my card or number. I asked when I checked in if he could look it up. He said he didn't have a way to do that, but other hotels have for me. Overall great if you don't have to park!!
