Accomidating staff. Harry Caray's awesome!

Nice room. Kids, wife, and I woke up with mysterious bites. Staff investigated immediately. No sign of bed bugs. Found a pair of underwear under the bed (not ours) GROSS!! Going to stay somewhere else when we visit again.

I would like to apologize for your stay as you explained it. I want to let you know our management team of the Holiday Inn takes any issue like this very serious, the safety and comfort of our guest are our top priority. We have a comprehensive detection program to inspect our rooms. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments along with outside specialties preform regular scheduled inspections. In the unlikely and unusual event a guest suspect a problem we act immediately, relocate the guest and bring in a third party to inspect the room. In this situation we did not find any evidence of bed bugs. Angel Benitez

I just slept there and the worst thing is the price and no breakfast and nobody take the laggage to the room

Outstanding location. Close to Blue Line to take us downtown. Can't beat location if going to Allstate Arena or Rosemont Theatre

Hotel needing updates

Hotel needs major updating. Paint on ceilings in room was flaking off and there was evidence of water leak issues.

Für eine Nacht ok

Wir waren hier eine Nacht vor unserem Rückflug. Dafür ist das Hotel ok. Es ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, zumindest sah unser Zimmer so aus. Die Klimaanlage ist glaube ich die erste Klimaamlage die jemals gebaut wurde. Die ist gefühlte 1000 Jahre alt. Aber alles in allem für eine Nacht ok.

Close to everything in the O'Hare area

Location: All State Arena, Rivers Casino
We stayed here just for an overnight stay. It was a great location for our plans. We attended a Chicago Sky game at All State Arena, then hustled over to Rivers Casino to see a Chicago area band play. Nice facility! Quick check-in.

5 minute shuttle ride to airport

Pros: Great for families! Our room had two queen-sized beds, but they were separated by a door. Nice feature for a family traveling with kids of all ages.
Great experience overall. Quick check-in. Delicious meal. Comfortable room. Awesome shower. Liked the Bed and Bath shampoo/lotion products

Cons: I just wish they served breakfast a bit later into the morning. This goes for the hotel bar as well which closed at I believe 11pm on a Saturday night
Ok well I believe on Expedia it says this hotel is either 0.2 or 1/2 from Rosemont. Either way that is an easy walk. When I asked the persons for directions she said oh no that is to far to walk and that I would need to take a cab. I decided to go across the street to Shoeless Joe's. The room was much bigger then I expected. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. They also still provide any toiletries one may have forgotten. Fewer and fewer chains still do that these days.

Pros: Was very comfortable and clean. Very friendly front desk and shuttle bus drivers.
Cons: Breakfast is ok but not worth the money. Would be more valuable to have buffet without waiters but with better selection
Location: 10mins shuttle to Train. About 40mins to Jackson or Monroe - a couple of blocks away from Willis Tower and Michigan Ave and all main attractions
Stayed in the hotel while exploring Chicago. Shuttle is on schedule and takes to the CTA train. About 40mins to get to the downtown. Overall was convenient, did not need to rent a car or stay in expensive downtown hotel. We did not return to the hotel in the middle of the day, that would be too long

Nice hotel with free shuttle to airport 24-7

Very nice hotel for the price. Very convenient via shuttle (24 hours!) to O'Hare, pick up the Blue Line to downtown. Closest place to eat that's not the pricey Harry Carrey's on site is McDonalds. Hotel has a small convenience store and room has small refrigerator and microwave. I'd stay here again.
