Good location but was a noisy area from emergency vehicles to street type noise. The lobby in this hotel was small and quite unusual. We just didn’t expect it to be on the 6th floor and as small as it was. The services were fine, nice staff and helpful. There are only one set of elevators so at peak hours it is tricky to find available cars (they stopped but the cars were full) and wait times for available rides were longer than normal. Would probably choose a more high end hotel next time that is quieter and fits our expectations to a higher degree.

the front desk staff and valet were both incredibly rude and unhelpful during our stay. we arrived to the lobby and approached the front desk where two girls were talking (not work related) and they continued their conversation for five minutes before even acknowledging that we were in the room. we also asked about parking because the valet out front had told us to pull into the parking structure because it was for the hotel - it was not for the hotel - she then looked at me like i was stupid for asking (parking is available according to the listing and i assumed the valet who works for the hotel would know) and said we dont do that and went back on her phone.

Let’s start with the good things. The staff was friendly, checkin was quick, and room was pretty big. It’s also very convenient to the train and close to lots of touristy things. Now for the bad - the elevators took forever with only 2. Breakfast wasn’t great.. powdered instant eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, yogurt but it was free. The room was in rough shape- wallpaper falling off, toilet paper holder broke off the wall, shower floor was stained and dirty, sleeper sofa was stained and ripped, sagging in the middle, and wasn’t comfortable at all, the fridge looked like someone punched it a few times with dents all over it, walls are super thin and the beds were a double not a queen size.
