Nice apartment type hotel. Wonderful neighborhood

I arrived at the hotel after a long day of traveling. The front desk help was very friendly and helpful. I could tell one of them was fairly new, but she did great. I get to the room assigned to me only to find out the new gal wrote down the incorrect room number. No biggie mistakes happen. It was a big inconvience since my family has already unpacked the car and was ready to settle in. So I go back to the front desk and get the correct room number this time. I get the family and move to the other side of the complex. When we arrive to the room it was clean. I really don't have anything bad to say about the place, I just hope the problems I had get corrrected so others will have a better stay. 1. The kitchen sink was REALLY slow draining. I rinsed some dishes off and had to wait all nite for the drain to go down. 2. The garbage disposal didn't work. So that didn't help. 3. The toilet needs some work. It had zip ties holding the internals together so it would run all night long if you didn't jiggle the handle. All easy fixes. Thanks for listening.

Ice machine was not working but overall was a nice place

Cold walk for breakfast

Pros: It was close to where I had to be
Cons: Build an enclosed walkway between buildings so people don't have to walk outside in the elements
Location: Close to everything
We stayed 2 nights and our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. I did some laundry one night and got locked in the laundry room. Thank goodness it had an outside door. When I asked about it, I was told it was locked at 10 pm for security. Somewhere there should be a sign warning people. We stayed in building B and it was cold and blustery for April. I couldn't believe there is no way to get to the main building without walking outside. Several times I got lost going to and from both buildings in the evening until I finally figured it out. For that reason alone, I would not go back to this hotel.

Who let the ants out?!

The room had the first room 225 had Little black ants running all over the living room couches The second room they gave me the dishwasher came right out the wall you couldn't open up cabinets both room the couches was very old in the chairs you secret down in them the

Pros: Lobby was really nice.
Cons: Room need to be cleaner. Cereal was found under the bed. Bathroom floor could have been sweated better.
Location: Lego land Westfield mall. Akai.
We where put in a room next to the exit door. When that door closed it slammed shut. Really banged our door.
