The nicest hotel

I had a very nice stay at this hotel it was clean,comfortable, warm the staff was very nice and respectful and helpful i want to stay here again.👌👌👌

Overall, was really nice. Room was large and comfortable. I really liked having a "kitchen" so I didn't have to eat out the whole trip. However, the free breakfast was in a separate building, so I didn't partake since I would have had to go outside to go get it. Also there was a large cleaning machine left on the floor of my room, which i ended up moving it into the hallway, and a bagel left in the microwave when I checked into it.

Excellent Hotel at a Excellent Price

Pros: Continental Breakfast
Cons: Just some small maintenance repairs were needed in our room.
Location: Within a mile of the Woodfield Mall. Down the road from Medieval Times.
The hotel was excellent for it's price. When we arrived they had us down for a smoking room. I explained we had small children and would need a non smoking one. Not only did they give us a non smoking one but they upgraded us to a larger one and no extra fee. The continental breakfast was amazing...Sausage, Eggs, Pancakes, Waffles, Cereal, Muffins and much much more. Paid more for hotels and gotten a lot worse. The morning hostess was amazing. Very friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed, asked us about our stay and even helped clear our plates when we where done. Room could have used a few maintenance repairs but it was rather large with a kitchen and very clean. Would stay here again anytime.

Our room wasn't ready upon arrival, so they gave us another room. Neither of the 2 phones worked and we had to plunge our toilet - ourselves. Plus, there was a slice of old pizza in the microwave.

Pros: Web searching and I knew the area was easy to get to Woodfield Mall, Ikea, restaurants, and so much more. Would stay here again.
Staff was very friendly . It was cold really cold outside, with buildings looking like apartments had a little trouble finding room. Once inside very pleasant, living area with TV , kitchen, bedroom 2 queen beds TV and nice bathroom with separate with sink and mirror.... very important for 2 woman getting ready to venture out shopping.
