Nice hotel in a quiet area.

Everything is perfect except the room for breakfast, it's small and it was very busy.

awesome stay only downfall is they don't have a hot tub but the pool is big and kids had a ball in it. the room was spacious and quiet. very hospitable staff and the breakfast was amazing.

Loved the hotel!! Very friendly staff!! Loved the shuttle service to the mall and breakfast was awesome!!! Beds were comfy too

Nicest Hotel I have stayed in

Pros: The walk in shower, availability of laundry services, breakfast was fantastic! Everything was tiptop
Cons: The shuttle bus was very warm, maybe turn on the AC or even just open the window
Location: The train to Chicago is 5 mins away, park there & take the train, parking is terrible and $$ in Chicago. Bueno (sp?) is across the prkng lot and fabu
The staff were very helpful and friendly, I never had to wait more than a moment for service. The breakfast spread is fantastic and the room large and comfy.

Overall a good experience....some hallway noise issues and pool area had no bathrooms near. Good breakfast options for complimentary breakfast.

Good Hotel, Really bad Wifi

The hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is really good in the mornings. The main issue was the WiFi in the building and rooms. Every-time I asked what the issue was, I got a new answer. For 3 days is was so slow I had to go to Starbucks to get work done.

Not what expect from Hyatt

Got room on fifth floor by elevator, it was disaster... All night can't sleep until morning when youngsters went to bed...All night loudly speaking and laughing, had to ask to stop...stopped for few minutes ...

We do want to apologize for a stay being short of anything but perfect. Unfortunately occupancy levels will eventually push us into having to use the rooms closer to the elevators and ice machines. We'll reevaluate how we can ensure our quiet hours are followed.
