Right next to Magnificent Mile

The hotel could use an upgrade (i have never seen a digital clock that was stuck on a certain time) but the room was clean. The rooftop terrace was comfortable but not the greatest view. It was very close to shopping and the staff was friendly and responsive.

Very dirty and old

Location: location is good
even the lobby was dirty not to even tart talking about how dirty was the room and bathroom. The sheets had whole and with black spots. The shower had dust bunny and I could barely had a shower because the water was so poor.

Not what I expected

Never paid so much for so little before. Outdated. Window AC unit did not regulate temperature in the room.

Close to everything

Very nice downtown location. Close to everything. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again

Great location

Awesome staff who are very helpful. The lower floor rooms do not seem as nice. Our first room was on the 4 floor but had to be moved after the first night due to allergies and a strong odor coming from another room. They moved us right away to the 14th floor and the roomed seemed a little cleaner but it also could have been because of more Windows and light. The bathrooms were all the same very small but do able, just very hard to get ready in the morning. The rooftop area is very nice and relaxing with comfy seats and music playing. The only downside to this hotel was the bar. Do not go to the bar. It is not clean. I ordered a captain and coke the $10 price was bad enough for 6oz plastic cup but the coke was flat, the lime looked fuzzy and I found a fly not only in the bottom of my cup but also floating on the top. The bartender offered to make me another one I said no thank you and he reluctantly gave me my money back. Skip their bar and visit the 711 across the street if you wish to drink on the rooftop deck

Never again!..

Think twice to use your credit card in the hotel. Although transaction is fulfilled at the very first time, receptionist Geovanni tried for transaction four times more by insisting on that my credit card was "DECLINED". So, the hotel fee was teansacted five times from my credit card and I was not able to use 1500 $ I planned to spend during my stay in Chicago since it was blocked by the bank. It took almost a week to solve the problem. However, special thanks to hotel managers Sherry and Alan for their efforts in order to solve the problem as soon as possible...

This hotel is very nice and the location is Excellent. The bathroom in the room could use an updating. But overall, we were quite pleased.

Roaches

This hotel was old and run down with a small room. The wifi for 24 he was 14.95. Yikes. But I was ok with that. Until I woke up and a in the morning had a roach run across the desk. I was horrified and grab my stuff and said please check me out. They agreed and apologized letting me out of my future nights but still charges me for the night stay. Never will I go back.
