Not clean enough for me to return...

The front desk staff (Ian) and bartender (Juan) were very pleasant. However, the hallways were dirty, the elevators were not always functional and the rooms seemed thrown together. We found hair (not my color) on the furniture, the bathroom mirrors were out of date and had aging spots all over. Room was just ok, but had the sense that nothing was ever really "clean". The rooftop was very cool and probably the highlight. Very upset that Expedia had a higher than necessary rating...definitely misleading.
