Bad Hotel stay away

The room was very dusty, dust was everywhere including study table,side tables, and the skirting boards. I would be embarrassed to let a friend or relative stay there. The bed sheet was very old and had a hole in it. I contacted guest services who said it would be replaced shortly. After heading back to the room after being out all day the sheet was not replaced.I was then given the run around by three staff members and then it was replaced that night with a cheap bottle of wine, a $5 dollar bottle of wine which was undrinkable. I was very insulted. The second sheet also had a hole in it. I did not bother contacting guest services as I was on vacation. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. We also had issues with toilet paper not being provided. I had to ask twice as it was not replenished. We were there for six days........ Another issue is the fridge , we had to pay 30 dollars to have it emptied, as it was full hotel bevergages with a tiny space for your own, which could not fit a carton of milk.

Not a 4.5 hotel

Pros: hotel was clean
Cons: If you advertise you have a pool make sure it is available to guest.
Location: great location.
This hotel is nice and it is on the magnificent mile. When I reserved this hotel it said it had a indoor pool, when we arrived we were told the pool has been out of service for 2 months. The kids were disappointed.

Stay here annually. The only drawback this year was receiving packages. They are now charging a receiving fee based on eight which was new

Although the hotel is in a perfect location the maintenance has a negative rating. The bathroom was less than acceptable. tub floor was poorly refinished and under sink area needs cleaning and painting. Lastly the TV remote did not work and the tv controls wouldn't allow channel changes.

感覺很一般的酒店

雖然是洲際。但是完全沒有感覺到有多好,地理位置是不錯,但房間太小,而且環境一般。Not recommend

Wonderful location

This hotel was great! It was centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. We only took a cab to and from the airport. It was clean. The bedding and room smelt very fresh. We will definitely stay here again.
