Nice hotel, 10 min. walk to Navy Pier.

Bed had only mattress, no box springs which made it very low. It was a nice hotel and would go back.

Good boutique hotel

Pros: Quiet & comfortable rooms
Cons: Free Wifi in rooms. You could get complimentary Wifi down in the lobby but this is not always convenient & we thought 9$ a day expensive.
Excellent boutique hotel in Chicago near to all the sights, shopping & restaurants. Staff all very helpful & friendly.

Fantastic stay at the Ivy Hotel - great location, beautiful room akin to a loft apartment (stayed in the King Suite), and great customer service.

We spent one night at the IVY and thoroughly enjoyed the room. Very clean and quite modern. HOWEVER...if I were to stay there again I would not valet my vehicle. I valeted my truck one night and upon getting it back discovered my small stash of emergency cash (only $7) was gone from my glove box. The thief had to open the glove box to see it. Even more disturbing was the fact that someone had gone to the trouble of lifting my center fold down console to get at the storage compartment below presumably looking for more than the measly 7 bucks they had already pilfered. It was apparent they had done this because my phone charger plugs in there and it had been unplugged and moved. In light of the sixty some dollar valet charge and accompanying tip I would have expected a little more integrity from the staff.

Hotel is amazing. Very close to everything. We had a king suite and it was a fantastic room!
