Wonderful place to stay, right in the heart of Chinatown, within easy walking distance of the L, the offsite parking can be troublesome if it’s a busy day in the area but that’s Chicago for you

Pros - close to L red line for quick access to the Loop, etc; in Chinatown for dining and shopping; great, helpful staff; little fridge in the room; room was quiet, clean, with comfy beds. Cons - room was small (2 double beds, fine 2 people, but definitely not 4); if you are in a room closer to the elevator I think the "ding" would be annoying.

The hotel was just as advertised. The pictures are what you get. It is a gem and close yo the train and other shopping areas. Love the place!

My complaint about the hotel is the amenities. There are none. So I had to go to Walgreens to get the amenities and then figure out whether to throw them away because it was over 4 ounces or check my bag going home. So it would be nice as a hotel if they had actual amenities available to customers.

Super close red and green trains. Lots nearby, across at the Chinatown market. No fuss hotel that was clean, well-priced, safe and comfortable. We put our do not disturb signs on the door and took them off on the mornings we asked for our room to be cleaned but it never did get cleaned.
