Hotel was being remodeled and had construction in lobby and to elevators. My room was missing the desk chair and internet was slow. Room and bed were ok perfect for business. Close to Deloitte and Board of trade.

Renovation occurring. No food or vending outside of bfast. Had to leave property to get bottled water. Will be fine after reno.

Great hotel near Union Station

Newly remodeled. GREAT staff. Comfortable and clean. No pool or onside restaurant. Many eating choices within walking distance.

Great customer service

Pros: It was close to a few things to do around in downtown
Cons: The hotel should maybe have a restaurant or deli to grab food since most of the places close by were closed early.
Location: We did the sky deck and the 360 building which was close to our hotel
Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and housekeeping was also on point.

Nice location

Pros: Everything was very nice clean and updated!
Location: 4 blocks from state street and about 10 from Michigan Ave
The hotel staff here is amazing! they were under construction and they went above and beyond to make sure guest were taken care of and comfortable! Let gave us a very early check in and allowed me to stay until 1 in the room. I waited the balance in the lobby and watched the manager go above and beyond helping people carry in luggage to explaining the security in the elevator. I would stay here again! 4 block walk to State Street and about 10 to Michigan Ave.

Hotel close to Lyric Opera House and Chicago River

Pros: Comfy bed and roomy and clean!
Cons: Air out newly renovated rooms to clear carpet odor.
Location: Lyric Opera, Chicago River.
Very comfortatble bed and pillows. Room newly renovated and spacious. Shower is spacious too (fits two people!) Only negative is the the new carpeting in the room released chemical odor that gave me a migraine.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay in Chicago

This was perfectly located for a meeting downtown. Not the fanciest, but exactly what I needed for a quick overnight stay in Chicago. It was clean, the staff was nice, and I got a good dinner recommendation. (Stocks and Blondes) The breakfast was nicer than expected. Note: BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER & LOTION!! Not many extras, but again, the breakfast was good.
