Family pool fun

Although my reservation through Expedia was not communicated correctly to hotel the front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. Loved the astmosphere in the hotel and the parking. It's close to the mall and numerous restaurants. Great place to take the children to enjoy the pool and a night away from home.

Okay place to stay if you want to bring the dog

This was an okay place to stay if you want to bring your dog but it was not the cleanest or biggest room I have had. I think the weekend staff cleans more than the weekday staff because when we checked in we were a little surprised that the room did not look great but it was okay after a 15 hour drive. The weekend staff cleaned it up very well. The pool was okay but you really wanted a shower when you got out. It could use a good scrub. We only got new towels if we asked and they have little info about Chicago. If you want breakfast you need to get there on time because they clean it up about 10 mins before they stop serving. There were plenty of restaurants around and it was easily accessible. I would stay there again if I had my pet with me but would look elsewhere if I did not.

Rooms were a little small but fine for a couple of days visit. Could smell smoke from other rooms but not real bad. Would stay again.

The rooms where so filthy and with a very strong smell of cigarettes, the pool was had it so much bleach that you couldn't even swim my kids got sick and all the tiles were so dirty. I let the stuff know but they didn't do anything I even leave before because so upset

Not a fan. Kind of run down. The rooms temperature was difficult to regulate, either too hot or too cold. The room was cramped and the bathroom small. Could hear someone's dog barking from a floor below us for hours!!!

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: good location just a bad staff
dogs running all over hotel, maids dont clean rooms,had to call when we got in at night for towels and trash pickup.wont stay here again

Check in was quick and easy, the staff were all very friendly, and the room was clean and very quiet. I was in Illinois for my daughter's Navy boot camp graduation and the hotel was great. Free breakfast and wifi, I would definitely stay here again.
