The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The attention to detail in housekeeping was impeccable and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. But what really made my experience special was the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Chanel of the front desk staff, who went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The entire staff was friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to all the main attractions of the city.
