The property and rooms were very nice and clean, however, the staff were not very knowledgeable or accommodating. I reserved an executive king suite a month in advance and was made aware that there was one available for the dates of my stay. When I got there to check in, they had overbooked themselves and the room I had reserved A MONTH AGO was no longer available. They still continued to charge me the full price for the executive suite. After respectfully making that a point to the staff, I was promised a refund as well as a discounted room rate. The room I was put in was just a small one king bedroom (the smallest they had). On the hotel's website the rate for that room was listed as $270. I was charged a rate of $370 with an additional $50 discount totaling it up to a $320 base rate. A day or so after checking out of the hotel, I checked my credit card statement, and realized I had not been refunded. In fact, I had been DOUBLE charged for $573, the original price for the executive king suite. I called the hotel and explained what was going on, but I was told that there was nothing they could do as their records indicated that the discounted rate had been applied, and that they HAD refunded me for the executive king suite. I then called my bank and they confirmed that none of that was true, and my bank began a dispute with the hotel on my behalf. As nice as the hotel was, and as amazing as the facilities are, I DO NOT recommend booking with ANY Loew's hotels.
