Clean, unique modern vibe melded beautifully with the classic architecture. Rooftop bar is awesome, just busy. Consider reservations weeks in advance.

The Hotel is located in a perfect area. You mostly can walk to all the main attractions within 15-20min from the property. Awesome restaurants near by and taxi services very affordable. Hotel is 40min drive from Ohare airport. The hotel was really elegant, clean, all the workers are very friendly. the view from the Rooftop is amazing. Definitely if We return we will stay here again.

When we checked in, the staff member told me that our room was 'oversold' but they were giving us a similar room. When we got to the new room we were not happy. We have stayed at LH before and we know the room we requested (and PAID for). The corner room we had in prior years had a separated work space area for my husband which was critical as we were there on business. They had put us in a small room (same view) but the desk was RIGHT beside the bed. We asked to be moved and they accomodated us the next day. On our final day in the room, the WiFi did not work. We called down several times but they were unable to help as they were updated the wifi in the hotel. Again, when you are trying to do business, this is unacceptable.
