The lady who check me in had a real bad attitude before i even open my mouth to say anything when i walked in. Then when i got to the room and decided it wasn't what i wanted. I went back down and ask for a refund. And she really had a attitude so it my my trip very accountable. It took her awhile to find another room. The room i selective had a couch and a chair in there. Up on a arrive the room didnt have it. So the room she found for me. Was on the thrid floor, the room was not fully clean because i believe she didnt wanna give me my money back so she rush me in a room that was not fully clean. So i would never return or recommend anyone ever to go to this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend no one to stay here it's very out dated and smell horrible in the rooms.

Bad customer service

The lady at the front desk obviously was not trained well to do her job. First she told me I couldn't get the room the same day I booked when you guys clearly made it available for me to do so. we went back n forth about it for like 30min then she finally called the manager and she came n cleared things up. Then as she was entering my information into their system she still didn't know what to do and basically kept trying to tell me I couldn't get the room. She called the manager again finally after another 30min. A 5min check in turned into a 1hr check-in which is ridiculous. Her excuse was she never knew how booking through expedia works and she should have said that in the beginning. So maybe expedia should make their process more simple or they need to better train their employees.

The staff there is so unprofessional! They are very rude & ignorant. The rooms are very empty. You could even hear the people in the next room. It's a complete mess!

There was no microwave or fridge as advertised. It smelled like A marijuana dispensary even on the nonsmoking floor.
