When booking I was never told there is an additional $60 charge for my dog. The room was missing the shower curtain and remote control for the tv. When I went to the front desk they handed them to me so I had to hang my own shower curtain. After getting into bed I realized there was only a sheet and no bedspread or even just a blanket of any kind.

The first manager to check me in was very nice, and that was the only person who displayed any sort of customer service. The power was out for 4 hours. The front desk person acted like he didn't care even though people were cold and concerned. The bathroom floor was filthy, and the furniture was dusty. This was the worst experience I've had with a hotel. I will not be back.
