I liked the onsite laundry facilities and the full sized fridge.However, a portion of the sidewalk was not salted and I slipped and fell. I reported it to the very rude female desk clerk-Dana. She's had plenty of previous true complaints about her prior. I even followed up with the on duty manager or assistant manager. I ended up being wrongfully put on a DNR list for all Choice hotels. This is very bad business practice...malicious!!!

Room #230. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Clearly a giant pile of dirt and dust and crumbs swept between the fridge and kitchen counter. Microwave dirty. Desk wobbling and about to break. Stains on the bedside chair. We could not afford to switch hotels, we had no other option. However, rooms do NOT look like the picture and the staff could care less about keeping the place clean. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed.
