Big property with a indoor/outdoor pool and golf course. I was on a business trip so wasn't able to take advantage. Property grounds were nice, clean, but showed significant age. Room was clean, but bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I had a back ache on waking (after a poor sleep). As this is my #1 criteria for lodging, I just can't recommend. Ate dinner in "restaurant" - quite mediocre with barely adequate service.

Nice hotelPosted Sep 9, 2015
Late check which is always nice! I also love the spacious outdoor pool that you can enjoy every season as it is heated! Will stay at Pheasant Run again :)

Nice accommodations, lots of things to doPosted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the entire facility, friendliness of the staff and the Sunday champagne brunch and the nighttime fire-pit experience.
Location: Easily accessible, with lots to do on the premises and nearby.
I had a mostly pleasant time staying at this facility. One problem though was the assigned room. I was given a room on the first floor next to the main pool, therefore at night, it was difficult to fall asleep. Next time I will be sure to ask for a room away from the pool.

Great resort, room lackingPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: There's enough to do where you don't have to leave the grounds at all.
Cons: My room.
Location: Went to a concert in nearby Aurora featuring EARTH, WIND & FIRE. which was great.
The over all facilities are great and there's a lot to do there, however, my room smelled a little bit like mildew or mold, the drain in the shower was slow and my TV wasn't working properly.

Nice pool. It is indoor/outdoor that the kids loved. The place needs updating but it's not a bad place

Pheasant Run is Pleasant RunPosted Aug 8, 2015
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pools were clean. Spa was wonderful.
Cons: . I would be nice if the channels they say they have they have. a few more local channels would be nice. Spa/hot tub near outdoor pool would be great.
Location: Tons of restaurants down main street. Movie theater across the street and shopping.
Our room was in the tower so it was close to the pools and restaurants. I went to the spa for a massage and facial and could not have been happier with the services.

Get the suite otherwise don't go.Posted Aug 3, 2015
My husband and I got a jacuzzi suite. It was two stories and had two full baths. The bed and jacuzzi were really clean. The jacuzzi was in the master bath- not the bedroom- serious bonus. Everything else needs updating, but not to the point where it's uncomfortable. I visited 30 years ago and haven't been back until now. It's my personal Grand Budapest Hotel. I loved it!
