Saved a few bucks, but it wasn't worth it

Pros: The beds were comfortable
Cons: Extremely noisy wedding party wasn't controlled, no elevator, aging bathroom that was really pretty gross (I skipped showering there)
Location: St. Charles is right up the road and is super charming and fun. We go there for Fox Valley Antique shows twice a year at the Kane County Fairgrounds.
Second time in a row I've tried to save about 30% on a room, only to be disappointed. The location is ok, hard to find and easy to miss without a tall sign. The building is an unimpressive two story with no elevator. The carpet was gross and so was the shower. The beds were nice, but all the other components are dated and falling apart.

Good enough for a single night's stay. Staff was pleasant. Room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom/shower was old and dingy looking. But the in-room refrigerator was a nice perk. The grounds were pretty with a lot of grassy space--which was great for a pet-friendly hotel.

Everything was great. There is no air conditioning in the halls to the rooms but the ones in the rooms work great! Quiet, convenient and at an affordable price, can't go wrong.

Location: downtown Chicago by Train was the best
we only had one problem at the hotel. somebody stole my sons wedding ring out of our hotel room and some clothing went missing

Pros: Location.
Cons: Breakfast buffet. Use real plates not styrofoam ones.
Location: Location was fine. I traveled alone and felt safe.
Bathroom fan was excessively loud and annoying when the bathroom light was on. Every morning I spent time getting ready and it was was very difficult to be in the bathroom for very long because of the loud fan sound. I asked the front desk lady to have the maintenance person check it out. She said she would. Nothing was ever done to fix it. I was there for 3 nights.

Nice hotel close to everything.

Pros: The staff was very professional even though I checked in late at night. The daily turn down service was great. Thank you.
Spent the weekend in St Charles and found the whole experience wonderful. The room was comfy, clean and quiet.

Pros: Parking was good

Location: a few good things near by
The reason we stayed in the hotel was because it has a pool and the picture in the website shows it like is indoor but after we checked in and we asked about the pool the front desk talk us that the pool wasn't open yet it was and outdoor pool (April) also the girl from the front desk seems like didn't know the hotel very well since she send us to the wrong enter to our room.
