My family and I booked 1 night here and the place is very inconvenient, the elevator wasn’t working, hot water in the shower and in the sink didn’t heat up right away, it took 5 minutes of running the water for the hot water to come out, fending machines were unavailable, they sell drinks at the front but they only take cash, the staff told me to use the ATM in the lobby but to buy $2 drinks I have to pay $3 fee at the ATM?? It was just a very unfortunate experience staying here.

Bathtub in room was a little dirty, pool and hot tub had a lot of stuff floating around in it. Other than that staff were very nice, room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and towels were soft. Wouldn’t mind coming again.

First off I was charged an extra $102.00 before I got a chance to check in outside of the payment for the room. Then he told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to get it back. Plus the $50 damage fee which should be returned back to my card. The pool wasn’t clean at all and the hot tub didn’t get hot at all. The room and hotel itself was clean. The surrounding area has a lot of places to shop. Very convenient for whatever you might be looking for. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular location again. I’ll give this hotel 3 stars because I was looking forward to the pool and hot tube. Plus the extra check in fees

This is a nice place right off I55. It is near dining general and shopping needs galore. The staff was great and very helpful getting us adjoined rooms. The pool area was big and the hot tub was hot!. The free morning waffles were a great touch. Rooms were fine, clean and smoke free.A nice place for a night or two of low frills. The staff

You guys tried to charge me 96 some odd dollars and I clearly canceled my reservation way ahead of deadline. Thank goodness I had a hold on my account. This was a dastardly, cowardly act that I was not pleased with. I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone and I myself will never peruse your business any further. Start of the stay was lovely, the hotel clerk that checked us in was great! Through out our stay (less than 24) the smoke detector went out, cool air wasn’t working, our Jett tub did not work, and the lights throughout the entire room were flickery if they worked at all, there were several plugs that did not work one of which was the one by the side of the bed which the top plug worked so we could use the lamp but that was it. We went to check out and I wanted to notify the clerk of the issues so they could look at it and he instead made me feel very stupid saying that I needed to have both light switches on for the jetted tub to work, that of which is only one solution that he gave me to all of the issues. I left right after didn’t tell him about the rest of the things if I was only going to be made to feel idiotic. Overall the electric definitely needs to be looked into and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
