clean and quiet

Pros: room was clean and very queit
Cons: maybe a little fresh paint in the room
Location: easy to find, food was 1/4 mile away
check in was quick, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was ok, would stay again if in Chicago area

Bang for your buck

Other than the shower having very low pressure. And tiles missing around the tub and no exhaust fan. Not bad
