I stayed at this property because the location was perfect for the conferences that I needed to host. The first night there was no water, the second night there was no hot water at all. I also was placed a room that was different from what I paid for. I need a room with a desk for work however, I was placed in just a standard king room. I called down to the office and requested a different room but was told that they didn’t have any other rooms available. I also tried to speak with the manager however there was never a manager at the location and he never called back to help with the inconvenience I was having during my stay.

Very overpriced for what you get. ROom is very outdated, smelled like smoke, although claiming it was smoke free. THe heat didn't work, the safety lock on door was almost off the hinge. Didn't feel safe arriving late at night. Very noisy. Towels were so worn and old. I could see this for $40, but not for over twice that.

I was disappointed in my stay. The staff was nice, but unable to help me change rooms. The room I was in was on the first floor and in poor state of repair. It was loud and busy and that’s why I asked to be moved. Not bad for the price, but I will never stay there again. If my budget only allows me to stay there, I just won’t go
