Been to worse.....been to better

Front desk staff had no personality. Upon checking in it was like an inconvenience because she had to do something - at check out she was very happy to process the paperwork. The room was ok. There was a gap at the bottom of the door letting in the humid air so even with the A/C everything felt sticky. The gap in the door also let the bugs in as we were on the ground floor. Spider webs in every corner. At night during our stay we killed 5 spiders in the bathroom alone! We've checked into worse (blood on the walls and other questionable things) only to check out and find a different hotel....this wasn't as bad as that hotel but I don't plan on returning to the Red Roof Inn. I don't want to complain too much considering the price we paid but some general maintenance and better housekeeping wouldn't hurt.

Good service, but room in person was small. It's good if u just need a room to sleep for a night. Might not stay there again.

Affordable and still close enough to downtown

Easy to reserve and great price in a nice suburb complete with Giordano's up the road and about a 40 minute drive to town. The beds and room were very clean and comfortable. There is no hair dryer or coffee in room, however coffee is available in the lobby. Here I can park for free and stay for 1/3 the cost of downtown, at least, so it made money sense to me to save on hotel and just reserve online parking when going into town. I think the train could be an option, too.

Has ants. No hair dryer. Don't look at the back side of the bed cover. AC did not work.

MUCH nicer than expected

MUCH nicer room furnishings and decor than I have experienced at any other Red Roof Inn. Great location next to some really great places to eat and a Super Target next door practically sharing the parking lot.
