Close to Brookfield zoo

Other than kids running up and down the hallway and being loud , it was a pretty nice visit.

Nice hotel about 45 min. west of the city

Overall, nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Refrigerator had strong fish odor when we arrived, but was corrected when the staff was notified. Would stay here again.

This was a great experience. Rooms, Service, Food all very good. The front desk staff went out of there way to help you.

Skipped Service

Cons: create policy to correct issues with guest stays.
Location: office park. nothing to do close
Skipped turning the room over. had to call for fresh towels. mentioned on checkout but they clearly don't have a policy for that as the desk person seemed confused about what to do to make it right. will be skipping residence in in the future.

Management made it right...

Was very disappointed to find at check in that the pool was broken and was told that it would be back up and running by the next day. So when I was told that it still wasn't fixed the next day I marched down to speak to the manager. He listened to my rant (after two days of very little sleep with 3 young children while traveling) which wasn't pretty. And then proceeded to MAKE THINGS RIGHT! He had the pool fixed and then reimbursed us for a movie that we had to purchase to appease 3 rambunctious kids that only wanted to go swimming. I was very pleased despite thinking this would not end well. Thank you to the manager of the hotel, we had a very pleasant end to our stay.

Was in the area for a gaming event. Nice room with space to invite some friends over the night before the event. Really nice hotel, but they could use some signs pointing the way to them since they're buried behind some college buildings.
