Easy check in. My room was amazing. Nice soft bed. The room was very clean.

Nice Hotel close to all the shopping stores

My stay was Wonderful and my room was so Homely and Comfortable.The bed was so soft I really Enjoyed the Pool and Hot Tub. I will Highly Recommend your Hotel to anyone.

Great family hotel.

The room was very well planed. It's quite big. The kitchen is like you are home. The only downside is $100 pet fee. It could be less.

Came for the room stayed for a meeting

I picked Residence Inn Oak Brook because of its location and I decided to check on the meeting facilities. I spoke with Sophia Yu with the meetings group. Sophia was a pleasure to deal with and she was an amazing professional. She was focused on making my Meeting successful. The Residence Inn's rooms were very comfortable and allowed me to work effectively. I would recommend Residence Inn to every staying in the area.

The room was not clean I'm very disappointed, the beds are tiny the shower was gross the towels were just sitting on the back on the tolet and I'm pretty sure they didn't change the sheets

While the staff was very good, we found some of the other guests to be very disrespectful to other people staying at the inn. On our floor there were people knocking on doors and talking very loudly at 3:30 in the morning. Also the breakfast area was unsupervised and chaotic. After we saw a child coughing all over the buffet table, we decided to eat breakfast elsewhere, even though breakfast was free. Very disappointing.
