No complaints, great place!

We had a great experience at the Sheraton Grand! It was a great location and our room had a great river view. I am a nursing mother and the staff was very accommodating and provided me with a mini refrigerator and even put my supply in the freezer at checkout. Our first room wasn't clean, but they quickly fixed the problem and got us into a different room and provided us with a pass to the lounge, which had breakfast in the morning.

Sheraton Grand has terrible customer service, very unreasonable to deal with.

Quality as expected

Pros: Rooms spacious with large TV
Location: Situated on river front with easy access to town centre, boat trips and magnificent mile.
Very busy hotel on Labour Day weekend but staff pleasant, rooms clean and tidy and facilities were good.

Centrally located in Chicago. Very convenient.

Pros: Everything is appealing to hotel guests and no complain at all. We will definitely book this hotel next year.
Cons: Please do something about parking fees. A refrigerator without a fee is very helpful.
Location: Navy peer is a walking distance and we love the long walking path around the lake. A lot of good eatery places around.
Very pleasant and helpful staff from receptionist to housekeeping.

Great location close to everything, restaurants

Great location along the river, great views and easy access to all that Chicago has to offer. The hotel staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area with great patios and food

Awesome View

Cons: Food service pricing and quality.
Location: Great location. Most of the tourist attractions were in walking distance or close to bus/train lines that were needed for the places further away.
Everything was great except for the food. The entire room service menu was way over priced for the food that was received. Food was ok, but I did have asparagus served with one dish that was gritty like they hadn't cleaned it!! View was awesome and the staff was exceptionally helpful!!!! rooms were very clean and comfortable!!

Great hotel location

Great location to everything Chicago. WE were able to walk to Navy Pier, the Hancock Tower, Michigan Avenue, The parks. We had a yummy breakfast buffet in one of the restaurants at the hotel as well as lunch on the river walk. I'd stay here again.

Perfect setting for Chucago visit

Everything went smoothly right from the beginning. Nicole at the SPG desk checked us in, let us check in early, gave us complementary breakfast vouchers and was super friendly . Front door men were very helpful with directions and cab service. Wait staff were all very nice. Checkout was easy.
