The hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious, well-maintained rooms. However, despite being advertised as close to O'Hare airport, it's actually a 30-minute drive away. So, if proximity to the airport is essential, it might not be the best choice. Otherwise, it's a great option for those seeking comfort and cleanliness.

No internet connection to business travelers. They force you to join the Marriot club in order to connect to the internet After I joined there still was no internet connection. It was impossible together any help.So I gave up. Will never stay here again. I will hesitate tyo book with Expedia in future.

My bathroom area was ant infested. Breakfast was to go to 10am they stopped refilling the food at 9 am. It was a busy Saturday. Let’s just say not much was available. A disappointing Bonvoy experience.

Springhill is very well kept clean. The rooms are very clean. When i called for items from guest services they were able to get them to me in very good timing. Both gentlrmen that checked us in and out were very knowlegeable, able to check-in and check-out quickly. The gentleman that checked us in was anle ro get me some tea as i needed because i started not feeling well. The gentleman that checked us out was also very pleasant checking us out. My kids were even surprised and happy how pleasant and nice he is.

We were there for a shopping trip and with IKEA and WoodField Mall in very close proximity, this was an excellent choice for a place to stay.

It was the worst hotel ever for the price we paid. Swimming pool was gross, and when we asked for bottled water for the room they said they would charge us. Horrible service!

Their staff went above and beyond making it a fun atmosphere for the cheer groups that weekend. They had a hot cocoa bar, cookies, candy and decorations for the cheerleaders. They also had a an extra waffle maker set up in the morning because of the large amount of people there. Their extra efforts to make us feel welcome were much appreciated and we will be staying here again for our next cheer trip in the area.

This property is showing its age. PROS: Good location, good price, good selection at the breakfast buffet. The free cookies and bottles of water at check-in were a nice touch. CONS: Breakfast area too small, no tables available either of the days we were there; also, they ran out of some of the food items. In our room, couch was stained, bed comforter was stained, previous guests had left a bagful of garbage in the cabinet under the sink, shower had very low water pressure. We expected maid service the second day, did not get it (were not told we had to request it).

Literally stayed the night just to be close to the mall, specifically the Improv. Stayed the night, tried out the free breakfast that served its purpose, coffee, eggs, sausage, bread/toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, nothing over the top, and left out. Seemed clean enough, close to the mall which is ideal.

Hi I arrived at 2:50 which is about ten minutes before check in I was informed that they were over booked and I had to wait in see can they find me a room after I had already paid for it at about 3:35 they finally found me a room which was not cleaned when my children and I made it inside I told the front desk they took me to another room that was cold but my kids and they just dealt with it because it was only for one night

Nice location. The staff was friendly. The first room we had reeked of smoke. We received a second room and the toilet leaked and ran all night. The hotel ran out of extra towels and did not plan on washing new ones until the next day.
