Great hotel for both business and leisure. Better than average breakfast, comfortable beds, attentive staff. Rooms are a little dark but very spacious and well appointed.

My experience was amazing at the Springhill Suites by Marriott Chicago. It was my first time visiting Chicago and the staff was excellent and helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone. Its convenient to everything that Chicago has to offer.

Very clean and quiet. We had a corner room with two large windows facing two directions and it was an amazing view. It was a great location, and staff was great. The free breakfast was wonderful to have and a decent variety but could have used some more muffins and real sausage and maybe a waffle machine. Happy overall.

I didnt like that I had to wait 10-12 minutes for elevators sometimes. I didn't like that the 1st floor to lobby elevator was broken. I didn't like that my shower door rubbed against the toilet when it closed. I didnt like that I had to wait in line 20 minutes for the breakfast and have everything empty except a dried bagel. I didn't like that the bar served food until 1030pm but would not take orders after 1015pm. Would not recommend staying here for the money. Soooo many other options in town.

This was our first trip to Chicago and boy did we pick a fantastic hotel. Great location and the parking garage was attached to the hotel. Within walking distance to many attractions and dining. We stayed in a corner suite and the view of downtown was amazing. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast fantastic. Overall 10/10.
