Nice hotel close to train into Chicago

A Clean hotel with a spacious room (suite). The best service was the shuttle to the local commuter train. I needed to get into downtown Chicago, and this service really helped! Downtown hotels where triple the price! The hotel would have been perfect if they had a shuttle to the airport! Tip order cab with a flat rate to airport. Was even cheaper then Uber!

Get what you pay for.

Pros: Buffet breakfast.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Location: Close to RT 190.
Reasonably priced and reasonably pleasing in its services provided.

They cancelled our reservation

Pros: nothing
Cons: Call, text, or email if the hotel is overbooked
We arrived at the hotel only to find out that they had overbooked. They didn't email/phone/text we, so we arrived after our flight only to find out that we had no rooms and but they said that they would pay for our rooms at a different hotel We looked at the different hotel and the ratings were awful - rooms had mice and/or dog excrement... i had to book a hotel at 9pm at night and thankfully we found one that was available - but they woudln't pay for that one. I'm still waiting for expedia to refund my money for this one....

Good for a quick night stay

Staff were very helpful and super nice. Breakfast was good. Pool was cold and entire indoor area was dripping wet and mold in some spots. Not very clean pool area. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful. Fridge didn't stay on. We had to push a button to turn it on every few hours to keep breast milk cold.

Great hotel with very responsive and friendly staff. Was there for a funeral and staff was very ready to accommodate our changing schedule

The pool could use some TLC and some opened windows for fresh air, the clorene smell is quite overwhelming.
