Breakfast snd the entire staff are terrific. For me, an excellent location. Front desk was wuick and responsive to our every request. We hated to leave. Almodt forgot ...great coffee service all day. If I had to change something it would probably be to add a door to the shower area rather than just a curtain. But I think that this particular hotel has many features that are beneficial for visitors with handicaps, including walk-in showers. So overall, Bravo!

Excellent place to stay. Quite, clean, friendly staff, great room, convenient to get in and out of Chicago from, and good breakfast and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.
